What keeps you up at night?

It's our job to fix it, to help put it behind you.

At Amy M. Levine & Associates, our focus is helping people in Ohio. These are people going through some of the toughest challenges life can throw at them. Divorce, separation, and all related family law issues (like child custody, visitation, relocation, and property division), are extremely difficult to face.

Why Amy?

Founding attorney Amy Levine has practiced law since 2001 - for more than 15 years - since graduating from Capital University Law School in Columbus. She earned both a J.D., and two years later, an advanced law degree (an LL.M.) in business law and taxation. This focus that has served her clients well in property division and high-asset divorces.

Fortunately, you won't go it alone.

From the beginning, Amy has focused on the types of legal issues that challenge everyone. It doesn't matter who you are. People from all walks of life often face the prospect of divorce and its related issues. We represent clients in all aspects of the law relating to the needs of today's families, and we handle a range of juvenile law matters as well, including abuse, neglect, and dependency.

We are with you every step of the way.

We want you to be in-the-know, which may help relieve some of your anxiety. At the least, you probably have questions, especially if you've never hired a lawyer in the past. For example, we inform our clients exactly what to expect in family court, and these five steps to help you prepare for divorce.
